Keith Pomeroy

Chairman - Pomeroy Living and Pomeroy Family Holdings
Keith founded the Pomeroy Family Holdings portfolio over 40 years ago and currently serves as the Chairman for the Pomeroy Family of companies. His success as a developer, operator, investor and financier has enhanced his experience and expertise around developing, owning, and financing senior living facilities including skilled nursing/post-acute rehabilitation, independent living, assisted living and memory care.

Keith is most passionate about his community and charitable work, including his role in creating the Museum of Contemporary Art Detroit (MOCAD) as well as Child Safe Michigan - a foster care, adoption and mentoring agency that works with neglected, abused and at-risk children.

Keith received his Bachelor of Science and Juris Doctor degrees from Wayne State University, and is a member of the Real Property Section of the State Bar of Michigan.

Nicolas W. Peraino

President and Chief Executive Officer - Pomeroy Living and Pomeroy Family Holdings
As President and CEO of Pomeroy Living, Nick oversees all aspects of the company’s growing investment in the senior housing and healthcare arena which currently includes more than 1,300 independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing beds across four states. In addition to his role with Pomeroy Living, Nick also serves as President of Pomeroy Family Holdings, the Pomeroy family investment office, which manages a diversified portfolio of real estate and other investments outside of the senior housing and healthcare sector. In addition to playing a hands on role in day to day operations, Nick leads the strategic planning efforts to maintain and expand both the Pomeroy Living and Pomeroy Family Holdings portfolios.

Nick received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Haworth College of Business at Western Michigan University and worked in the commercial real estate banking industry for over 15 years prior to joining Pomeroy in 2015 as the company’s Chief Investment Officer.

Manda M. Ayoub

Chief Operating Officer - Pomeroy Living
As the Chief Operating Officer, Manda brings over 30 years of health care experience to Pomeroy Living. Manda is responsible for the facilities operations, outcomes of the clinical team and ensuring regulatory compliance. Since joining Pomeroy Living in 2011, Manda has been instrumental in opening both of Pomeroy’s state-of-the-art assisted living communities - Pomeroy Living of Northville and Pomeroy Living Orion. She has implemented innovative health care initiatives that have successfully improved patient outcomes and the quality of care at both of Pomeroy’s skilled nursing facilities.

Manda is a nurse and a licensed nursing home Administrator in the state of Michigan. She has worked through all aspects of the post-acute healthcare industry, holding various positions including Infection Control Nurse, In-service Director, Quality Assurance Director, Risk Manager and a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.

Rami

Rami Ubaydi

Vice President of Operations - Pomeroy Living
Rami is the newest addition to the Pomeroy Living Leadership after almost a 35-year career with a former large senior care organization. He truly was a success story with that single employer as he rose from an entry-level dietary aide position to the Vice President of Operations covering 72 locations from Michigan to California.

Pomeroy is excited to have created a position for Rami that can help grow and engage in true leadership throughout the company.

His leadership style focuses on patient satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall facility operations. Rami led several industry initiatives in his previous tenure that ranged from meal concepts at patient discharge, career development for employee advancement, and engaging partnerships that led to growth.

Rami completed his undergraduate studies in Accounting at Oakland University and his Master of Business Administration at the University of Findlay. He currently resides in Rochester, Michigan, and enjoys spending time with his wife and four adult children.

Hazel V. Medina

Director of Clinical Services - Pomeroy Living
Hazel joined Pomeroy Living in 2003 as the Assistant Director of Nursing at Cherrywood Nursing & Living Center and has held positions of increasing scope and responsibility including Director of Nursing and Director of MDS Services. In August 2016, Hazel was named the Director of Clinical Services at the corporate office. In her current role, Hazel oversees nursing operations at the Pomeroy communities. She is passionate and instrumental in ensuring high quality resident centered care and clinical outcomes.

Hazel was born and raised in the Philippines and graduated from the University’s accelerated nursing program with honors. After receiving her BSN, Hazel started her career as a Registered Nurse in a specialty hospital in the Philippine’s. In 1995, Hazel moved to the United States where she found her passion for geriatrics and held her first position in the long-term skilled care setting.

Christina Eagan

Director of Human Resources - Pomeroy Living
As the Director of Human Resources, Christina brings over 20 years of healthcare and 14 years of leadership experience to Pomeroy Living. Her responsibilities include strategic human resource initiatives and supporting the human resource functions of each of Pomeroy’s seven senior living communities.

Christina joined Pomeroy Living in July 2020.

Before joining the Pomeroy family, Christina worked for the home care division of a national human services company for 16 years where she held positions of increasing scope and responsibility including Recruiter, Branch Manager, National Project Manager and Executive Director. In the Executive Director role, Christina was responsible for operations and financial outcomes of four home care branches and two adult day centers across Michigan and Indiana.

In her role as Executive Director, her accomplishments included the opening of three home care branches and an adult day center. She also accomplished year-over-year exceptional external audit results, secured many contracts resulting in increased revenues, and lead a national initiative to increase utilization of authorized hours across all states resulting in increased customer satisfaction and revenue.

As a mother of four, her biggest accomplishments are her children.

Teri Robinson(1)

Teri Robinson

Director of Business Development - Pomeroy Living
Teri joined the Pomeroy Living team in March of 2022. She has over 25 years of sales experience in the senior living industry and has worked for companies such as Trinity Health, Ciena and HCR-Manorcare.

Teri has a Psychology degree from Central Michigan University. She is certified in several leadership programs, including Dale Carnegie Human Relations, and Leadership Management. Teri has a passion for wellness and healthy living. She is currently earning a national certification in Health and Wellness Coaching from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Teri’s family includes two beautiful sons that play sports and go on adventures with her. She also loves to run, bike, and practice yoga.
